These terms apply when you use the RydeMinder app or website. By using them you agree to these terms. Operator: RydeMinder.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account and for the records you add. Don’t add anything you don’t have the right to share.
Plans and payments
- Free: one vehicle with services, fuel and expenses.
- Premium: sold as a monthly or yearly pass on the website (debit/credit card or bank transfer), or as a subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in PKR before you pay.
- Website passes last 30 or 365 days from purchase and don’t renew automatically. Buying another pass extends the current one.
- Vehicle slots are one-time purchases that add vehicles while Premium is active.
- Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their terms.
- If Premium ends, your records stay. Vehicles above your allowance become read-only until you renew; you choose which one stays editable.
Refunds
Website purchases: contact us within 7 days if something went wrong and we’ll sort it out, including a refund where appropriate. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through those stores.
Sharing
The owner of a vehicle decides who can see or edit it and can remove people at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other people’s data, break security, overload the service or resell it.
Reminders and AI
Reminders and AI answers are aids, not professional advice. Always follow your vehicle’s manual and a qualified mechanic.
Liability
We work hard to keep RydeMinder available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll tell you in the app or by email before important changes take effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction.
